Qualifications for the job:

A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Combined with an awesome personality, able to communicate effectively with guests and coach the staff to delivery amazing customer service
  • Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer who can assist in building sales
  • Lead by example in terms of quality of the food they make, the way they interact and provide customer service, and coming to work in a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and previous experience in a restaurant environment. The Shift Lead will perform a variety of responsibilities, including knowing how to bake bread and perform all prep, serving customers, performing all tasks related to opening and closing of store, and will be responsible for managing and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people
