Wait servers, also known as waitstaff or servers, are hospitality professionals responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customers in restaurants, cafes, or other dining establishments. Wait servers also collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, process payments, and maintain cleanliness in their assigned areas.

What are some common challenges wait servers face during busy shifts, and how can they manage them effectively?

During peak hours, wait servers often juggle multiple tables, handle special requests, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
