We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team! You will complete steps in the claims submission process using Vyne, and complete other insurance-specific tasks including denials, insurance aging, and necessary follow-up. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience working in a dental office. If youre friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Timely Claims Submission using Vyne
  • Follow-up with Insurance Companies via phone, mail, and chat functions.
  • Monitor and execute collections on aging AR
  • Notifying patients of outstanding balances via phone call and mailed statements.
