The Role & Opportunity

We are looking for a highly reliable, tech-adaptable, and growth-minded Front Office Coordinator / Hybrid Lead. This role manages patient flow, financial arrangements, treatment plan presentations, and insurance workflows, while having the versatility to assist clinical teams during peak bottlenecks. This position offers a direct leadership track toward Assistant Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Coordination & Financials: Present comprehensive treatment plans, walk patients through insurance benefits/co-pays, and secure financial commitments.

  • Schedule & Patient Experience: Maintain a full, productive doctor and hygiene schedule; welcome patients and conduct smooth front-to-back handoffs.

  • Insurance & Tech Systems: Utilize Open Dental, Flex, and Vyne to verify insurance coverages, post payments, and handle digital communications.

  • Cross-Functional Hybrid Support: Maintain clinical readiness (X-ray/Coronal Polish certified preferred) to step in chairside during rare clinical bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For
  • Rock-Solid Reliability: Our practice runs on team trust. Morning huddles start promptly at 7:20 AM. Exceptional attendance and punctuality are requiresd for this position.

  • Technology Adaptability: High proficiency with modern dental practice management software (Open Dental and Flex experience is a major plus).

  • Leadership Mindset: Strong emotional intelligence, professional phone demeanor, and a desire to grow your career within an independent private practice with opportunity for equity.  

  • Requirements & Qualifications
    • 2+ years of Dental Front Office or Treatment Coordinator experience (General Dentistry).

    • Active Arizona X-Ray Certification and Coronal Polish Certificate (Preferred / Plus).

    • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance coding, and patient billing.
