Substitute Secretary
VACANCY:   The Valley View Public School District is seeking individuals to fill substitute secretarial positions. 
JOB SUMMARY:   Substitute secretaries perform standard secretarial duties, which would include multiple tasks typically found in an office setting.  Duties include typing correspondence, reports and other requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:  





  • Must possess a working knowledge of the use of computers
  • Must possess excellent people skills
  • Must possess excellent clerical skills
  • Must possess the ability to perform and follow through effectively on assigned tasks
  • Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Must provide a negative TB test
