Cybersecurity Engineer Duties:
Responsible for creating and managing the implementation of various tools and protocols designed to protect computers, networks and sensitive data from cyber threats.

  • Security Governance & Policy Enforcement

Cybersecurity Engineer Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in: Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and troubleshoot security-related issues (including knowledge transfer).
  • Maintain and create documentation of security policies, incident response, and compliance reports.
  • Monitor and adapt to security trends and emerging threats.
  • Microsoft Technologies: Active Directory, Entra, Group Policy.
  • Security: Endpoint protection, Principles of Least Privilege or Zero Trust, System Hardening.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems, searching event logs, vulnerability mitigation and security controls.
  • Familiarity with VPN, Encryption, Firewalls, Network Scanning, MFA, IOC, and networking.
  • Knowledge of largescale environments.
  • Ability to work well in a team and across many departments.
