SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Penetration Testing, Software Assurance and Vulnerability Assessment Engineer to support an opportunity in Washington D.C.

Essential Job Functions

This Senior Engineer is responsible for proactively identifying vulnerabilities, assessing system security postures, and ensuring software assurance across the environment. They utilize a broad range of automated penetration testing tools and vulnerability assessment methodologies to secure systems and manage security patches. 

Minimum Position Requirements

  • At least 10 years of total related experience and must include at least 2 years of recent experience in each of the following: software assurance, penetration testing with automated tools, vulnerability assessment, security patch management, secure cloud and hybrid engineering, and Cross Domain Solutions 

Required Certifications:

  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or comparable demonstrable experience
