Job Title: VRF / VRV Installer – Custom Homes

Our projects demand craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in the field. We are seeking skilled HVAC professionals who want to be part of a team that delivers quality installations in some of the most prestigious homes in Southern California.
Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Installer specializing in VRV/VRF systems and a strong sheet metal background with 5+ years of experience in the role. This role will involve the installation of VRV/VRF systems utilizing custom sheet metal work in luxury custom homes. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills along with experience in the installation of VRV/VRF systems paired with custom sheet metal installation skills and the ability to make adjustments and modifications on-site to meet project demands. This not the same as commercial ducting.
Responsibilities:
  • Installation of sheet metal and flex ducting
  • Installation and start-up of VRV/VRF systems
  • Make field adjustments and solve installation challenges on-site
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and jobsite professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of VRV/VRF installation experience in an Installer related position
  • Strong skills in custom sheet metal installation
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Material ordering oversight
  • VRV/VRF Service work
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in the field
  • Valid/Clean driver’s license
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
