Job Summary:
Onsemi is seeking a candidate for FAE to be based in the Austin, TX, area for direct coverage of assigned accounts in the AI datacenter segment . The existing portfolio and upcoming product launches make this an exciting time to join the onsemi team in this space. Come join our strong FAE team!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Expand onsemi presence as a strategic partner with key cloud and computing customers.
  • Drive customer engagement and design support for disruptive growth in powering Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms
  • Develop technical skills and build strong relationships within business unit marketing and engineering teams to drive next generation solutions
  • Have knowledge of Voltage Regulation (VR) power stage and controllers for 6V, 12V and 48V levels
  • Ability to drive lab level evaluations and GUI software tuning for VR systems is a plus
  • Have solid power background to aid in product selection for key power supply metrics
  • Support entire onsemi portfolio beyond power: digital bus protocol, smart fuse, protection, offline power, and even custom developments applying the latest IP nodes.
  • Monitor trends in AI computing systems to define specific product needs
  • System knowledge of emerging 800V bus trend in datacenter racks

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • You have a University Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Have a strong sales/customer service background
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-Starter that is aggressive and willing to take the initiative
  • Work together with a strong FAE team for designs across the board
