Chez VR Panoramic, notre mission est de concevoir et de fabriquer des vehicules recreatifs au design innovateur et de qualite superieure, ameliorant constamment l'experience plein air de notre clientele nord-americaine.

Sous la supervision du Directeur des operations, l'ingenieur(e) en genie industriel joue un role cle dans l'optimisation des operations manufacturieres de l'entreprise.

Le/latitulaire du poste participera activement a la structuration des operations, a l'optimisation des flux de production, a l'amelioration des methodes de travail et a la mise en place des meilleures pratiques manufacturieres.

Par son leadership et son approche analytique, il contribuera a ameliorer la performance globale de l'usine en travaillant etroitement avec les equipes de production, d'ingenierie et d'approvisionnement.


Responsabilites principales

  • Analyser les processus manufacturiers afin d'identifier les opportunites d'amelioration en matiere de securite, qualite, productivite et couts.
  • Participer activement au realignement des operations a la suite de l'implantation de la nouvelle usine.
  • Optimiser les flux de production, l'amenagement des postes de travail et les deplacements de materiel.
  • Developper, documenter et standardiser les methodes de travail.
  • Realiser des etudes de temps et mouvements et etablir les standards de production.
  • Identifier et eliminer les sources de gaspillage en appliquant les principes LeanManufacturing.
  • Collaborer avec les superviseurs et les equipes de production afin d'ameliorer l'efficacite operationnelle.
  • Participer aux projets d'implantation de nouveaux equipements, procedes et technologies.
  • Elaborer des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et assurer le suivi des resultats.
  • Soutenir les activites d'amelioration continue en animant ou en participant a des ateliers Kaizen.
  • Collaborer avec les differents departements afin d'assurer une integration efficace des nouveaux procedes.
  • Participer a l'amelioration des processus de planification, de logistique interne et de gestion des inventaires.
  • Contribuer a developper une culture d'amelioration continue au sein de l'organisation.

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureat en genie industriel.
  • Membre de l'Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec (OIQ) ou admissible.
  • Minimum de 3 annees d'experience en milieu manufacturier (ou experience pertinente).
  • Bonne connaissance des principes LeanManufacturing.
  • Experience en optimisation de procedes ou en amelioration continue.
  • Connaissance d'un ERP (un atout).
  • Bonne maitrise de Microsoft Excel et aisance avec les outils informatiques.
