Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. Citizenship is required.

As a seasoned leader, you'll be a subject matter expert in production planning and material requirements tools, sharing your knowledge with others in the organization. We'll rely on you to develop detailed schedules, production plans and capacity plans along with complex bills of material for large programs. The Advanced Manufacturing Planning Specialist will review work authorization documents and generate material program plans and coordinate kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives.

What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to monitor schedule performance, identify critical-path risks, and implement recovery plans for shortages, quality issues, and late engineering changes
  • Working knowledge of BOMs, engineering change notices, work orders and configuration control processes
  • Ability to manage material readiness, including shortages, material lead times, supplier delivery performance, and associated mitigation actions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP and/or MES systems
