Job description

Director of DSP/VPX business drive product line management, responsible for lifecycle, strategy, and profitability of the product portfolio. Provides leadership and connect between market demand, business objectives, and technical execution to drive revenue and growth.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Planning: Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and business strategy for the product line, including market sizing (TAM, SAM) and competitive positioning.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development to launch, ramp-up, and end-of-life.

Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and P&L (profit and loss) responsibilities to ensure margin growth and ROI.

Execution: Leading the initiatives and execution to taking customers to product stage to realize the revenue.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.

Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, white papers, and training for internal teams, customers and partners.

$152,000.00 - $292,000.00
