As the Vice President of Technical Services, you will maximize equipment availability and customer satisfaction through world-class repair operations, technical support, quality systems, and continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Recruits and develops department leaders by:
  • Hiring and developing department managers.
  • Conducting annual performance reviews.
  • Driving KPIs and accountability.

2. Leads repair operations and technical support by:
  • Standardizing repair procedures.
  • Improving repair turnaround times.
  • Ensuring consistent repair quality.
  • Supporting field technical issues.

3. Oversees hoist & automation and repair systems by:
  • Maintaining repair systems.
  • Supporting automation systems.
  • Driving documentation and process improvements.

4. Maximizes equipment availability through operational excellence by:
  • Monitoring repair KPIs.
  • Reducing repeat failures.
  • Improving technician productivity.
  • Supporting quality control initiatives.

5. Drives continuous improvement across technical services by:
  • Reviewing Rep escalations.
  • Supporting repair costing and parts credits.
  • Leading operational improvement projects.
  • Supporting VP Technical Services administrative initiatives.
