Vice President of Development – Lead Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Projects

Are you a seasoned real estate development leader ready to shape the skyline of the DMV? The Redda Group is exclusively retained to identify a Vice President of Development for a premier real estate firm specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and retail ventures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven expertise in debt & equity financing, deal structuring, and pro forma modeling
  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC, New Market Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits
  • A strategic, analytical leader with exceptional communication and team leadership skills
  • MBA or Master’s in Real Estate strongly preferred
