This person will be the steady hand inside the organization and the trusted face outside it.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the senior operational point of contact for key client relationships, including physician practice administrators, department directors, CMOs, and CIOs.Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients by demonstrating clinical fluency, operational reliability, and genuine investment in their outcomes.Lead client business reviews, escalation resolution, and strategic planning conversations with poise and authority.Translate client needs and clinical workflow challenges into actionable direction for internal technical and support teams.Develop and maintain client satisfaction programs, including feedback loops,
