This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer / President.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations and Capital Formation professional to join the Bulfinch team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, relationship-driven individual with existing fundraising relationships and a strong understanding of real estate, private equity, and investor engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Support fundraising and capital formation efforts across existing and future investment vehicles- Leverage existing relationships with investors, family offices, registered investment advisors, institutional investors, consultants, and HNW individuals- Develop, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of prospective investors and strategic capital relationships- Partner with senior leadership to develop fundraising strategy, investor messaging, and relationship management priorities- Prepare and refine investor presentations, pitch materials, offering materials, and due diligence questionnaires- Coordinate investor onboarding, reporting, and ongoing communication- Represent the firm at industry conferences and investor eventsQualifications:- Significant experience in investor relations or capital formation at a real estate PE or alternative investment firm- Established network of institutional investors, family offices, and/or RIAs- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills- Deep understanding of real estate fund structures, investment vehicles, and investor reportingAbout Bulfinch: Third-generation commercial real estate firm based in Greater Boston, with 90+ years of operating history and a strong track record across acquisitions, development, and asset management.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
