This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in business development within the government contracting arena. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate initiatives, develop robust capture plans, form high- performing proposal teams, and drive the creation of compelling, compliant proposals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the federal market, robust technical acumen, and proven leadership in winning competitive opportunities.Key Responsibilities:• Opportunity
