Job description

Position Purpose: Oversees administrative functions and strategic initiatives, which is responsible for assisting executive leadership with the strategic planning process, competitive intelligence, strategic advocacy, and chief of staff responsibilities.
  • Coordinate, deliver, and maintain the annual strategic plan at an enterprise level.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify and monitor strategic priorities.
  • Partner with HR to lead and manage an efficient/effective annual people plan, including career development, training, education strategies, etc.
  • Lead the development and oversight of competitive intelligence process.
  • Initiate, develop, and mature strategic, innovative partnerships aimed to drive advocacy for the Division's various lines of business.
  • Deliver and support chief of staff responsibilities such as presentation development, governance management, communications and priority projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience required.
8+ years experience in strategy, operations management, or consulting experience in the Healthcare, Insurance, or financial services industry required.
Direct people leadership including the management of other people leaders.
3+ years of supervisory/management experience required.
Travel 10%.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Pay Range: $171,900.00 - $326,900.00 per year
