Serving as a crucial technical advisor to the president and senior business units, you will drive engineering excellence across hardware, mechanical, electrical, systems, software, and validation teams. In this capacity, you will align mid- and long-term research and development plans with corporate profitability goals, ensure absolute compliance with industry regulations, and build high-performing technical squads across multiple engineering hubs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution and strategic alignment of the multi-product engineering portfolio, maximizing productivity and speed-to-market.
