Overview
The Vice President, Strategy & Operations, Americas (LAC), is responsible for leading the regional strategy and operations agenda, ensuring alignment between global priorities and regional execution to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and business performance across Latin America and the Americas.
This role partners closely with regional and global leaders to strengthen governance, accelerate strategic initiatives, lead business transformation, oversee M&A integration, and manage business risk across one of Mastercard's most dynamic and complex regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the regional strategy, aligned with Mastercard's global priorities.
Drive operational excellence through effective governance, performance management, and process optimization.
Partner across North LAC, South LAC and Brazil to ensure regional alignment, coordination, and execution.
Influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives that support growth and innovation.
Oversee M&A strategy and integration activities, including organizational alignment, talent planning, and change management.
Lead the regional business risk agenda by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, compliance, and organizational risks.
Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with regional senior leaders, including the LAC President, to help shape and drive the region's overall strategy.

The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

Miami, Florida: $204,000 - $326,000 USD
