Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (Vice President) to lead enterprise case management and workflow automation initiatives in a complex, global financial services environment. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in driving product transformation and operations. This role has an organization-wide impact, translating strategic operational goals into a modern case management platform and automation capabilities that enhance client service, efficiency, and operational controls.

Why this role is important to us

This role sits at the center of how we modernize our operations and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes for clients. The Vice President, Product Owner is responsible for shaping enterprise capabilities that replace fragmented, manual processes with governed case management, workflow automation, and operational transparency. Success in this role requires a leader who understands complex operating environments, can balance innovation with control and risk discipline, and can align diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision.

What you will be responsible for

As Product Owner, Vice President, you will

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for workflow automation platforms and enterprise case management systems, aligning them with business goals.
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on features that improve operational efficiency, client service, and controls.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery efforts, collaborating with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to build and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Ensure robust governance and risk controls are embedded in the product, meeting data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Champion user adoption and change management by coordinating training, communications, and support for successful enterprise-wide rollout.
  • Communicate progress to senior stakeholders, deliver concise updates on roadmap, key decisions, and achieved outcomes.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Strategic leadership and vision: Ability to set direction and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical decision-making: Skill in making data-driven decisions and balancing complex trade-offs.
  • Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and influence skills across business, technical, and executive partners.
  • Global financial services operations experience covering multiple data domains and/or business lines.
  • Risk and control mindset: Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and delivering in a regulated environment.
  • Adaptability and innovation: Comfort with ambiguity, plus a track record of driving change and continuous improvement.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services operations leadership, product management, or platform transformation.
  • Deep knowledge of operational processes and controls, with experience integrating risk management, compliance, and security requirements into product development.
  • Agile methodology experience, with a background in leading cross-functional teams through complex projects.

We truly believe in the power that comes from the diverse backgrounds and experiences our employees bring with them.
