Job Summary

The Vice President, Finance leads key finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, profitability analysis, pricing support, investment portfolio support, and asset-liability management. This role partners closely with the CFO and leadership team to provide financial insights that support decision-making, organizational performance, and long-term financial strength.

The Vice President, Finance also manages the relationship with SESLOC's asset-liability management partner and helps ensure effective interest rate risk modeling, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Eight to ten years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably within a credit union or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience interpreting financial data and providing recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
