We're seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President, Phoenix Market Executive to lead our 35+ person Phoenix office and strengthen our presence across Arizona. This is a highimpact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving business performance, and cultivating influential client and community relationships.

As the senior leader for the Phoenix operation, you'll partner closely with the Region Director and leadership team to guide strategy, ensure operational excellence, and champion our people. You'll be a visible leader in the Arizona market-representing the firm in client meetings, industry events, and community forums.

What You'll Lead

People Leadership

  • Build a collaborative, highperformance culture with clear communication and shared purpose.
  • Set goals, delegate effectively, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Mentor and develop talent, identifying future leaders and supporting career growth.
  • Lead 5-6 Department Managers and ensure toptier performance across all disciplines.
  • Celebrate achievements and foster team cohesion through recognition and teambuilding.

Business Management

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee contracting, project execution, and resource coordination.
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends to position the office for success.
  • Balance the office portfolio through strategic work share and enterprise alignment.
  • Establish and track performance metrics using company KPIs, addressing challenges and opportunities proactively.
  • Execute the annual business plan and deliver on strategic goals.

Client & Market Leadership

  • Strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new ones across Arizona.
  • Develop strategies that expand market presence and create longterm growth.
  • Promote crossselling and multidiscipline engagement with key clients.
  • Represent the firm through professional associations, conferences, publications, and community involvement.

What You Bring

  • Arizona PE License
  • Exceptional communication and leadership presence.
  • Background in Transportation, Structural/Bridge, or Municipal engineering.
  • Proven experience in operations, business development, and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
  • 10+ years leading teams and 10+ years in client management/business development.
  • P&L management experience preferred.
  • Strong relationships within the Arizona market.
  • Experience with local, state, and/or federal procurement.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Oraclebased ERP systems.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this position is $250,000-$275,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
