  • Make an Impact! As the Associate Vice President, Payor Strategies, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping Main Line Health's reimbursement strategy and financial sustainability. Partnering closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, quality, and operational teams, you will lead complex managed care negotiations, develop innovative payor partnerships, and drive value-based care initiatives across the health system. This highly visible role serves as a trusted advisor on emerging reimbursement models, healthcare reform, and strategic growth opportunities while fostering strong relationships with regional payors and industry partners. Your expertise will help position Main Line Health for continued success in an evolving healthcare landscape while improving outcomes for the communities we serve.

Position: Associate Vice President, Payor Strategies
Shift: HYBRID, DAY
Experience:
• Minimum 10-15 years progressive experience in hospital or health system managed care contracting with payors and/or health care providers, including
5-10 years in a management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet goals and expectations
• Experience with large health system or hospital or health insurance provider
• Proven communication and contract negotiation skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex contract issues
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking ability
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in Business Administration, or a Masters in Health Administration preferred.
