In addition to leading the national sales organization, this role will partner closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to optimize network performance, enhance the value proposition to healthcare providers, and support new growth initiatives including acquisitions and integrations. • Operate with a P&L mindset, balancing growth investments with ROI and operational efficiency
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions
  • Play a leadership role in integration planning and execution for acquired networks or capabilities

Network Growth & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead all aspects of network expansion including enterprise partnerships, large group practices, and strategic accounts
  • Evolve the go-to-market model to support scalable, repeatable growth across segments
  • Establish KPIs that go beyond sales activity to include network engagement, utilization, and lifetime value

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Operations to ensure seamless deployment, onboarding, and support of network sites
  • Collaborate with Product & Content teams to refine and enhance the provider and patient experience
  • Work with Marketing to strengthen value proposition and positioning to healthcare providers
  • Align with Technology/IT to advance tools, data visibility, and performance tracking

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key enterprise relationships
  • Bring market insights back into the organization to inform product innovation and commercial strategy
  • Elevate HMN’s presence as a trusted partner to healthcare providers

  • Develop next-generation leaders and create strong succession pipelines
  • Model ethical, accountable, and compassionate leadership

Additional Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience owning P&L, or highly cross-functional leadership role
  • Experience leading through growth, transformation, or integration environments (M&A exposure strongly preferred)
  • Ability to influence across functions and lead without direct authority
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational experience
