A well-established residential general contractor, founded by a Marine Corps veteran, is looking for a VP of Production to lead and expand its construction operations. This company combines military-level structure with innovative project management systems to provide high-end residential construction services. They are committed to long-term growth and the disciplined execution of projects with a focus on transparency, professionalism, and client-first service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all production and project management operations.
  • Coordinate with architects, permit runners, and inspectors.
  • Hire and manage project managers.
  • Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgets, inspections, and quality control.
  • Implement and refine SOPs for scalable growth.
  • Support strategic expansion into new markets.

Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of experience in residential construction leadership.
