Job description

A growth oriented, private equity-backed SaaS company is seeking a strategic and collaborative Vice President of Finance to join its executive leadership team.

Reporting to the CFO, this executive will partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, improve operational performance, and help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis (FP&A)
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic business decisions
  • Develop financial models, KPIs, and operational reporting
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Support board presentations, lender reporting, and investor communications
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Drive process improvements and scalable financial operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, HR, and Customer Success

Requirements

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company

Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred

Strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, and business partnering

Experience supporting executive leadership and board reporting

Proven ability to build scalable financial processes and teams

CPA and/or MBA preferred
