Description:

The Vice President of Sales provides strategic leadership for enterprise sales initiatives, independent and assisted living occupancy growth, lead conversion, and resident engagement across the Illuminus organization. This executive leader is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that strengthen census performance, improve conversion outcomes, and position Illuminus communities for long-term growth and success.


Working collaboratively with operations, marketing, and executive leadership teams, the Vice President of Sales leads organizational sales initiatives, develops high-performing sales teams, and implements systems and processes that enhance resident experience, accountability, and performance.


This role serves as a key strategic partner in advancing organizational growth objectives and ensuring a consistent, relationship-centered sales culture across all communities.


This position may be based in Madison or Milwaukee areas.
