As we continue to grow and serve the Rochester community, we're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at Dahl CDJR Rochester!This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, high-energy team that is passionate about creating our signature "Blow Your Mind, Gotta Tell My Friends About You" guest experience.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll receive ongoing peer-to-peer training, hands-on CRM system training, and support from a strong leadership team dedicated to helping you succeed and grow your career. Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to our guests questions via text, email, or phone.
  • Provide guests with initial product information and help direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
  • Help guests better utilize website tools to identify what finance options may be best for their needs.
  • Work together with sales staff to stay in contact with our guests before, during, and after purchase process.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions as we work to better our guest experience and serve them where they are in the purchase process.
  • Utilize dealership tools to track opportunities, view the status of the purchase process, and to communicate with our guests in the manor they want to be communicated with.
  • Utilize CRM systems that saves time and increases our effectiveness with guest communication daily.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor.
  • Positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
