ForviaHella is seeking our next great Vice President – Components to join our growingproduct team. The primary function of this role is to provide leadership, marketvision, and regional financial ownership for a dynamic and diverse productportfolio. Responsibilities

  • Leadthe Product Center components portfolio, including strategy, development,industrialization, and lifecycle management of energy managementsolutions.
  • Ownfull P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth, operationalexcellence, and strategic investments.
  • Defineand execute product and market strategies aligned with industry trends inelectrification, energy efficiency, smart power distribution, andsoftware-defined vehicles.
  • Serveas the executive interface to key OEM customers, leading acquisitionactivities, product placement, RFQs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Overseeregional programs, ensuring excellence in quality, cost, timing, andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Fostera high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability,collaboration, and continuous improvement.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, preferablywithin a Tier-1 supplier environment.
  • Proventrack record of managing complex technology portfolios with full P&Lresponsibility.
  • Strongexpertise in automotive components, electronics, electromechanicalsystems, or related technologies.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in customer acquisition, product placement, market development,and profitable business growth.
  • Strongleadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; MBApreferred.
