Purpose

The Vice President, Financial Business Services & Financial Systems is responsible for leading the enterprise finance shared services organization while establishing the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the company's financial systems, processes, and data. Reporting to the Controller, this executive partners with Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership to deliver standardized, efficient, technology-enabled finance operations that support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and enterprise growth.
The role provides executive leadership over core finance operations, financial systems, process transformation, master data governance, reporting, automation, and organizational change to ensure Finance operates as a scalable, high-performing business partner.

Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Financial Business Services and Financial Systems.
Align finance operations with enterprise objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
