Reporting to the EVP, P&C Ontario & West, the Vice President, Broker Distribution is responsible for shaping and executing Gore Insurance Company's broker distribution strategy to drive profitable growth, deepen broker partnerships, and strengthen our position as a leading insurer in the broker channel.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will translate enterprise priorities into market-leading distribution strategies, influence business decisions, and drive performance across a national broker network. You will lead a team of distribution leaders while partnering closely with Underwriting, Claims, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Finance to deliver exceptional broker experiences; and sustainable business results.
