Job Title: Senior Vice President of Operations
Job Description:
As the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Leveraging your extensive experience in operations management, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure the seamless execution of business operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with overall business goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control, to meet customer demand and delivery requirements. Implement best practices, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to optimize supply chain performance and minimize risk.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, compliance protocols, and regulatory requirements to uphold product quality, safety, and integrity.
