We are looking for an influential Vice President, Global Talent to help elevate our global approach to leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and organisational capability.

Based at our new Boston headquarters and reporting directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of talent across a growing global organisation. You will lead the development and execution of an integrated talent strategy that ensures Dechra attracts, develops, engages and retains the talent required to achieve its long-term ambitions.

As a member of the senior People & Culture leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, driving talent decisions that strengthen leadership pipelines, build organisational capability and support sustainable business performance worldwide.

  • Provide strategic oversight of global Talent Acquisition, strengthening employer brand, candidate experience and executive hiring capability.
