Job description

SVP Senior Trust Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Trust Officer to lead the administration of sophisticated fiduciary relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families. This is not a “keep the seat warm” opportunity — you will inherit an established portfolio, partner closely with beneficiaries, and play a meaningful role in guiding complex trust, estate, and wealth planning matters.

The ideal candidate brings deep fiduciary expertise, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate nuanced family dynamics with professionalism and discretion. You will also mentor and lead trust administration staff while collaborating alongside wealth advisors, portfolio managers, attorneys, CPAs, and retirement specialists in a highly team-oriented environment. Business development acumen is equally important, as this individual will help cultivate and expand fiduciary relationships within the market.

Our client values professionals who can balance technical expertise with authentic relationship management — because spreadsheets don’t attend family meetings, people do. If you thrive in a consultative environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work with sophisticated clients who genuinely value advice, we should probably talk.
