Vice President, Enterprise Operations & Integration

Miami, FL

Full-time

Job description

We're looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Operations & Integration

Miami, FL | Full-Time | In-Office

We’re looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Operations & Integration to help build the operating infrastructure behind INF1NITY as we scale into a multi-strategy, AI-native investment institution.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced operator who can translate strategy into execution, build scalable systems, and drive accountability across a complex, growing organization.

About Us

INF1NITY is an AI-native investment platform spanning private markets, real assets, income, technology, private equity, infrastructure, strategic acquisitions, and other investment strategies.

Our mission is to grant access to investments previously reserved only for the ultra-wealthy.

We’re not building a traditional asset manager. We’re building an institution designed to compound capital, intelligence, relationships, and distribution over decades.

As part of this growth, we are integrating and evolving the existing Rastegar Capital real estate platform while launching new investment vehicles, expanding distribution, deploying AI across the enterprise, and building the infrastructure required for the next stage of growth.

The Role

As VP, Enterprise Operations & Integration, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership to translate vision into coordinated execution across INF1NITY and the broader Rastegar organization.

Your focus will be on building the enterprise operating system that connects teams, initiatives, investment strategies, and technologies — ensuring clear ownership, accountability, visibility, and execution across the organization.

This is not a traditional administrative or project-management role. You’ll operate across functions and own the critical intersections between departments where execution can break down.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage company-wide operating rhythms, KPI dashboards, executive reviews, and accountability systems.

  • Create clear ownership, objectives, timelines, KPIs, and definitions of success for major initiatives.

  • Coordinate execution across Operations, Marketing, Capital Formation, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Events, and other key functions.

  • Lead the operational integration of Rastegar Capital into the broader INF1NITY platform while protecting existing assets, investors, projects, and relationships.

  • Build repeatable operating playbooks for new investment vehicles across Real Estate, Income, Technology & Venture, Private Equity, and Infrastructure.

  • Identify and solve cross-functional bottlenecks before they become execution failures.

  • Build executive dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into the metrics that matter most across the enterprise.

  • Partner with technology leadership to embed AI, automation, and decision-support tools throughout the organization.

  • Help design the organizational structure, roles, hiring plans, processes, and capabilities required for INF1NITY’s next stage of growth.

  • Work closely with Corporate Finance to connect operating decisions with budgets, capital requirements, resource allocation, and investment economics.

  • Create leverage for the Founder & CEO by translating strategic priorities into coordinated organizational action.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves
  • 10–15+ years of experience across alternative asset management, private equity, real estate investment management, financial services, fintech, high-growth companies, investment platforms, strategy/operations, or management consulting.

  • Experience operating across multiple business lines and scaling organizations through significant growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with a Founder/CEO and senior leadership.

  • Strong experience building operating systems, processes, and cross-functional accountability.

  • Strong financial literacy across P&Ls, budgets, operating leverage, investment economics, and capital allocation.

  • Strong judgment, high ownership, and the ability to manage complexity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Fluency with modern technology, AI, and automation as operating leverage.

Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating businesses, launching new products, or transforming legacy organizations.

  • Experience within alternative investments, private equity, real estate, fintech, or a multi-entity investment platform.

  • Experience designing KPI systems, executive dashboards, and operating cadences.

  • Experience scaling teams and organizational infrastructure.

Why Join Us

Most operations executives inherit a machine. At INF1NITY, you’ll have the opportunity to help build one.

You’ll work directly with leadership to help transform an existing real estate investment organization into a multi-strategy, AI-native investment institution built for scale.

This is an opportunity to shape how the organization operates as new investment vehicles launch, Rastegar Capital evolves, AI changes how work gets done, and INF1NITY continues to grow.

Turn vision into execution. Turn complexity into systems. Turn systems into scale.
