The group advises leading infrastructure investors, strategic corporates, and sponsors across conventional power generation, renewable energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, and energy transition sectors. Transaction sizes typically range from $500M to $10B+, with strong deal flow across large-cap M&A and strategic advisory assignments.The VP will lead execution workstreams across complex M&A and strategic advisory transactions, develop and oversee financial models and valuation analyses, coordinate diligence processes, and prepare client presentations and transaction documentation.
