ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the SVP of Digital Sales, the VP, Digital Partners, leads Spectrum’s digital reseller channel strategy and execution. This role is responsible for digital partner-driven sales, achieving channel sales targets, and overseeing the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding, performance management and expansion of the channel. The VP will lead the existing high-performance team, manage and strengthen existing partnerships, and identify new partners and vertical opportunities. As a strategic thought leader in the digital reseller space, this role must bring executive-level expertise across the reseller ecosystem, including partner landscapes, ordering API’s, attribution models, and the broader digital marketing environment.


HOW THE VP, DIGITAL PARTNERS MAKES AN IMPACT

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing organization spanning Account Management, Business Development, Operations and Compliance, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Establish accurate sales forecasts and drive performance against a diverse portfolio of digital reseller partners.
  • Budget leadership across a significant expenditure - inclusive of dynamic rate-cards and models, in a competitive marketplace. Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure partners operate in alignment with Spectrum’s quality, compliance, and brand standards across all customer touchpoints, including digital experiences and offline sales channels (SEO, digital marketing tactics, digital merchandising and call center compliance)
  • Expand and optimize existing partner relationships to drive organic growth, improve sales productivity, and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships with digital partner leadership to influence strategy, resolve escalations, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Oversee business development activities including market opportunity assessment, pipeline management, partnership evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead account management functions responsible for partner performance, KPI achievement, sales planning, and execution against growth objectives.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives across third-party partner call center environments to enhance conversion, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Responsible for operations and compliance functions of onboarding, technical integrations, merchandising, commissions, audits, and operational readiness.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation models, and strategic commercial arrangements to deliver top results while maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Corporate environment. Travel required up to 50%.
