Who You Are:
  • A trusted advisor and operational partner to the CIO in defining and executing the enterprise technology strategy.
  • A leader who aligns enterprise systems strategy and investments with business objectives, operational priorities, and value-creation goals.
  • An executive liaison between IT and senior business leaders, ensuring shared accountability and strong partnership.
  • A clear communicator, capable of driving actionable insights on technology risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and investment decisions.

What You'll Do:
Enterprise Systems Ownership
  • Provide overall leadership and governance for major enterprise platforms, including:
    • Salesforce and CRM ecosystems (sales, service, customer experience)
    • ERP platforms supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations
  • Ensure enterprise systems are scalable, secure, integrated, and optimized for performance and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain application roadmaps that balance modernization, technical debt reduction, and business innovation.

  • Ensure strong service delivery, system availability, and business continuity across all enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure systems meet cybersecurity, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Drive disciplined execution, vendor management, and financial oversight for enterprise systems programs.

Communication & Change Leadership
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable language for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Promote transparency and shared understanding of technology decisions across the organization.
    • Lead change management efforts to support adoption, capability building, and sustained value realization.
  • Talent & Organizational Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop enterprise systems leaders and teams, building strong succession and long-term capability.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous learning, and high performance.
    • Support recruiting, talent development, and performance management across the enterprise systems organization.
    • Encourage innovation while maintaining operational discipline, governance, and stability.
