We are passionate about creating quality shoes and boots designed for the modern lifestyle. The Digital Product Experience Associate will work closely with the Manager of Brand Content and Digital Marketing, Director of Digital Marketing, VP of Marketing, and others on the marketing team. The marketing team encompasses about 30 people where specialists across analytics, creative, and strategy collaborate to deliver engaging digital experiences.


Primary Job Responsibilities:


· Bring products to life online through compelling product pages, thoughtful product presentation, and connected shopping experiences to help customers shop with confidence

· Monitor inventory and perform regular site audits to ensure customers have a consistent, high-quality shopping experience

· Partner with creative, marketing, and commercial teams to align featured products, storytelling, and inventory priorities

· Develop seasonal storytelling plans and merchandising strategies that showcase key products

· Support product setup and maintenance to ensure product information is accurate and complete

· Passion for creating intuitive customer experiences and an eye for how people shop online

· Core contributor in improving product discoverability:

o Optimize how products are presented and discovered across the website

o Help customers discover products through thoughtful navigation and dedicated collections

o Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the online shopping experience

· Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
