As the SVP of Consumer Lending, you will lead the strategy, growth, and operational performance of the credit union's consumer lending portfolio, including home equity, auto loans, other secured loans, personal loans, and credit cards. You will ensure our lending practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with member needs and organizational goals.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership - sharpening pricing and product strategy and building a service culture that makes borrowing with CFCU simple, fast, human, and always focused on the member.
As the SVP of Consumer Lending with CFCU, you will:

  • Shape our product lineup. Design and improve consumer loan products, make recommendations on rates, terms, and promotions to remain competitive, and partner with Marketing on campaigns.
  • Lead and develop top talent. Lead and develop lending managers and team members, set performance expectations and KPIs, and build a strong service culture.
  • Own financial performance. Manage the lending budget and revenue targets, optimize loan yield while balancing risk, and report performance outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Champion the member experience. Ensure an efficient and transparent lending process, improve digital lending capabilities, and address member feedback and service gaps.
