Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Operations, this role owns the Technology Operations vision, investment portfolio, governance, and value-realization framework while setting the strategic direction, operating expectations, and performance framework for work delivered through EnableComp's global vendor partners. Serving as an executive bridge among Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Implementation, and external delivery partners, the VP aligns technology enablement, workflow design, capacity strategy, and partner performance with business growth and client commitments. The VP leads through internal leaders and designated vendor leadership, establishes decision rights and accountability, allocates resources, resolves cross-functional tradeoffs, and remains accountable for productivity, quality, cost, scalability, risk, employee experience, and client outcomes across the combined portfolio.
- Define and lead the enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations in alignment with EnableComp's growth strategy, client commitments, and Operations priorities.
- Own the portfolio of Operations technology, automation, workflow-transformation, and global-operations initiatives, including business-case development, prioritization, sequencing, funding recommendations, and executive governance.
- Establish decision rights, accountability, and ways of working across Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Implementation, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and global vendor partners.
- Translate business strategy and service-line needs into enterprise capability, capacity, and delivery requirements, ensuring technology and global-operations plans address the highest-value opportunities and risks.
- Sponsor workflow redesign and standardization across onshore and global operations teams before and alongside technology deployment, ensuring processes are scalable, controlled, and consistently executed.
- Set portfolio-level goals and KPIs for productivity, quality, cost-to-serve, cycle time, utilization, vendor performance, client outcomes, and return on investment; report results and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable the Technology Operations leadership teams, including the Senior Directors, Revenue Cycle Technology Adoption..
- Set strategic direction while delegating day-to-day technology adoption, global production, inventory coordination, vendor-team support, and performance-management execution to the respective Senior Directors.
- Partner with Technology, Product, and Data leaders to align operational and global-delivery requirements with platform architecture, product roadmaps, integration capacity, data availability, and delivery constraints.
- Maintain executive oversight of governance, operational continuity, regulatory and contractual controls, information security, data protection, third-party performance, and change risk; use performance data, partner feedback, and client insight to drive continuous improvement.
- Sponsor pilots and phased rollouts, establish readiness and scale criteria, and make data-informed decisions to expand, revise, pause, or retire solutions.
- Build a continuous-improvement culture that uses performance data, frontline feedback, client insight, and market developments to identify and deliver the next generation of operational capabilities.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, technology-enabled services, or a related environment, including 5+ years leading at the senior director or vice president level.
- Demonstrated success building and leading an enterprise technology-operations, digital-transformation, automation, or operational-excellence portfolio with measurable business outcomes.

- Experience governing cross-functional portfolios and partnering with Technology, Product, Data, Information Security, Finance, and Operations leaders in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen, including business-case development, investment prioritization, KPI design, benefits realization, and executive-level reporting.
- Experience directing outsourced or global delivery partnerships, including vendor governance, service-level performance, capacity planning, commercial oversight, and risk management preferred.
