Our mission is to "Connect technology to life in a trustworthy, fun, and profitable way." We work closely with Verizon and our brand partners to deliver exceptional product offerings, promotions, and campaigns that drive in-store traffic and revenue.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vice President, Business-to-Business leads Victra's B2B strategy, sales execution, and operational excellence across all markets. This executive will build and scale the business, develop high-performing leaders, and drive profitable, sustainable growth in partnership with Verizon Business.
Working within a corporate culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the mantras of success, this leader will translate market and customer trends into a clear growth strategy, align national execution, and create the operating disciplines required to win across small business, enterprise, and strategic accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute Victra's B2B strategy, translating market and customer trends into breakthrough strategies that reshape customer expectations and create sustained competitive advantage.
  • Leverage business intelligence and AI platforms to identify emerging market, customer, and competitive trends and inform forward-looking decisions.
  • Use data insights to prioritize growth across markets, verticals, and accounts and direct resources toward the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Own the B2B growth strategy across small business, enterprise, and strategic or named accounts, tailoring go-to-market approaches, staffing, and resource allocation to each segment.
  • Build, recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B leadership and sales organization, including a leadership-development philosophy that strengthens succession depth and the talent bench.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable sales programs, operational processes, and customer solutions that support long-term, profitable growth.
  • Partner with Victra's Contact Center to identify and pursue additional B2B growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Champion adoption of Verizon Business's full solutions portfolio, including 5G Business Internet and Fixed Wireless Access, Internet of Things solutions, and mobility solutions, ensuring the team can sell beyond core wireless.
  • Direct and coordinate the national B2B organization to achieve revenue, productivity, profitability, and customer-satisfaction goals.
  • Evaluate business performance, sales productivity, pipeline health, and operational results to drive continuous improvement and empower leaders to innovate and remove obstacles.
  • Motivate and inspire the B2B organization, building a performance culture that attracts, engages, and retains high-performing talent.
  • Partner with Victra's executive leadership to develop and execute plans that advance strategic initiatives, financial objectives, and long-term business growth.
  • Serve as the primary link among Victra's executive leadership, Verizon Business partners, and the B2B organization, leading joint business planning, co-selling initiatives, and partner incentive and market-development-fund programs.
  • Foster collaboration among internal and external business leaders and provide ongoing feedback regarding market trends, customer needs, business opportunities, and program effectiveness.
  • Communicate company objectives, priorities, and strategic initiatives clearly, articulating a compelling vision for how the B2B business contributes to Victra's growth.
  • Oversee the integrity of B2B operations, sales execution, customer experience, and operational compliance while modeling executive accountability.
  • Establish performance standards, sales disciplines, and operational processes that enable sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, leadership capability, and organizational performance while developing future leaders and succession depth across the B2B organization.
  • Provide executive leadership and the Store Support Center with consistent updates on the organization's status, progress, opportunities, risks, and resource needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, and retail; experience with Verizon, Fios, or wireless partners is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build or scale a B2B organization from the ground up and lead large, geographically dispersed sales organizations.
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic-planning capabilities, with the ability to anticipate future possibilities and translate them into strategies that deliver measurable value.
  • Proven executive leadership, coaching, and talent-development skills, including a clear philosophy for developing the next generation of leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive-presentation skills, with the ability to create meaningful connections at all levels and with external business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to use business intelligence and AI platforms to support strategic, data-informed decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, sales-pipeline management, and executive performance reporting.
  • Ability to balance growth, profitability, customer experience, operational discipline, and partner commitments in a fast-paced national organization.
