  • BS/MS in an engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 15+ years of project, design, or related energetics and electronics engineering experience
  • Experience in managing, training, mentoring and coaching leaders
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred
  • Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for people, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in leading products through all stages of product development and into production
  • Demonstrated problem solving, root cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change
  • Demonstrated experience in improving engineering or manufacturing processes to improve profit margins or lead time metrics
  • Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance and be capable of working on U.S. DoD and ITAR restricted products
