Base Pay Range:
$175,000-$250,00
The Vice President, Finance serves as a strategic and operational finance leader, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and financial discipline. This role oversees the Finance and Accounting function, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, and reporting, and leads the development of a high-performing, insight-driven finance organization that enables data-informed decisions.
As Vice President, Finance, your essential job functions will include the following:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement efforts.
  • Translate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilities.

Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Develop and institutionalize KPIs and business metrics that provide forward-looking insights.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Lead business-unit budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

Accounting, Controls & Governance
  • Provide executive oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls through direct leadership of the Controller.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards across the Finance organization.
  • Partner closely with the DTFOC Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller to ensure accounting processes are developed and managed in accordance with the expectations of the DTFOC.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary finance organization, including FP&A and Accounting.
  • Build a culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • MBA or CPA strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in a private equity-backed environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive strategy and results
  • Strong strategic and analytical leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
