Job description

What the Day-to-Day. Looks. Like for Our VP of Sales As VP of Sales at our team, you'll lead from the front and build a sales machine — not just manage one. Your day-to-day will include overseeing our field reps, tracking team performance, and holding the standard for what winning looks like. You'll be in the field checking in on reps, inspecting activity, coaching on the doors, and ensuring the team is executing at a high level.

What you'll be doing
  • Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
  • Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
  • Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
  • Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
  • Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
  • Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$350K annualized)
  • Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track
Who we\'re looking for
  • Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
  • Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
  • Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
Why this beats the average posting

Our team is different — and you\'ll feel it the second you walk through the door. Our owners have personally sold millions of dollars in roofing, knocked thousands of doors, and know exactly what it takes to win at the highest level.
