Exciting Opportunity in the Monmouth County Library Programming & Public Relations Department!
Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about public service? The Monmouth County Library is seeking a detail-oriented and flexible individual to join our Programming Department! This dynamic role offers the chance to be part of a creative team that supports community events and library programming across Monmouth County.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry into event management software
  • Assist with the Library's digital newsletter and program scheduling
  • Respond to patron and vendor inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Covering branch circulation desks as needed

The ideal candidate will be familiar with digital communications, proficient in PC/Windows applications, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
