What You’ll Do as a Machine/Print Press Operator

As a key player in our production team, you will:

  • Operate and maintain automatic screen-printing equipment to meet production needs.
  • Verify size, color, and type of products to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure color sequences are correct for each job.
  • Install and adjust machine components for proper functionality.
  • Maintain production rates while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Continuously inspect products to ensure they meet job specifications and quality guidelines.
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience operating automated equipment.
  • The ability to read and understand work orders in English.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • A team-player attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Physical stamina to bend, twist, and lift as needed.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete surface.
  • A willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet production demands.
