Overview

The Junior CRM Data Analyst is an active member of the Publicis Data & Insights Team. The Junior CRM Data Analyst will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations to our clients on a regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and ad-hoc basis. This candidate must strive to ensure that the data used in the analytics process is accurate and robust. Create and/or maintain dashboards within data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, Amplitude.

Contribute and complete to regular reporting, scorecards, and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc requests) based on the needs of the client.

Support industry leading insights and recommendation on email, SMS, and Push campaigns.

Assist with efforts to optimize the client's business by providing strategic recommendations, based on the insights. You don't simply provide the numbers but tell a data-driven story.

Qualifications

You are an ideal candidate for this role if you:

  • You're an excellent communicator regarding the status of your reports with the Project Managers.
  • You have attention to detail in your analysis and will question numbers from the data source and take initiative to validate through internal resources. You will thoroughly QA your work before sending your reports to other team members or the client and will seek guidance on any areas that seek clarification.
  • Having a can-do attitude (being a roll up your sleeves kind of person) and bringing positivity to the workplace is of great importance to our team. We pride ourselves on being positive and having a growth mindset and it's important for team members to embody those qualities for the success of the department.
  • Think strategically in everything you do.
  • Are intrinsically driven and celebrate every success.
  • Enjoy a variety of work.
  • Are a logical thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Set high quality standards for yourself and aim to get every detail right.
