Job Description:

The Lean & Agile Analyst is part of the Agile Excellence and Enablement (AEE) team within Digital Business and Technology Solutions (DBTS). Our team collaborates with business partners across the organization to deliver high quality products and simplify processes to improve client outcomes. We conduct analysis, design and re-design processes, and support the development of technical solutions that enhance client experience, increase productivity, and reduce costs. This is a hybrid role where you will work from home as well as occasionally work onsite with your team for special events.

What will you do?

  • Work with Senior Lean Solutions Consultants, Agile leaders, and business project leads to conduct analysis on business requests with a focus on processes, systems, and technical requirements

  • Support process documentation and creation of process maps using tools such as MS Visio, Miro, and Confluence

  • Identify, document, and analyze business requirements that support process improvement and the development of technical solutions

  • Facilitate meetings, monitor team metrics, and track work items in Jira and Confluence

  • Participate in meetings with business partners, vendors, leaders, and team members to ensure continuous improvement and quality delivery

  • Support lean and agile team members in conducting meaningful analysis using data to draw conclusions and make practical recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Build and maintain working relationships with members of the IT team and business partners

  • Provide additional support during lean and agile projects as requested by Senior Consultants and/or Directors

What do you need to succeed?

  • Sound problem-solving skills with a proactive, inquisitive, and independent approach

  • Comfortable with data analysis and related data activities

  • Experience in process mapping, process documentation

  • Facilitation skills with the ability to guide and manage group discussions

  • Strong communication skills

  • Flexibilitywith excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Owner's mindset: capable of owning and driving work and taking responsibility for finding solutions

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)

  • Consulting background is an asset

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

  • Leadership skills including presentation, networking, and representing the department at events

  • Passion for technology

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
